Five years ago, then 41-year-old Carol Woosley's husband Hassel suffered a massive heart attack. At that time, the doctors told her she should make plans to take care of herself in terms of replacing his income. She quit her job as a school cafeteria worker and enrolled in a nursing program. Today, after she received her nursing degree, she got a big bear-hug from Hassel--made especially sweet because they didn't expect him to live to see her graduate.

This just goes to show, anybody can accomplish just about anything, if they are motivated and committed. This woman has gone from making just above a living wage to where she will be working as a professional nurse. This is absolutely awesome. I am so stoked to have been able to shoot this. All I can say now is, "WHOO-HOO, Carol Woosley!!! Way to go!!"
